Wines live in a shared library in Curate — defined once, tasted by many — and there are two ways to search it: a quick search from the header, anywhere in the app, and the full wines page when you want to browse.
The Header Search
The header's search opens from any view and looks across the shared library: wine definitions and the public tasting notes members have shared on them. It's the fast path when a bottle is in front of you — type the producer or the wine's name, pick the match, and you're on its page ready to read or to start a note.
The Wines Page
The Wines view is the same library with room to move: a full search field — by brand, producer, style, region, winemaker, vineyard, or vintage — with wine-type filters for narrowing to reds, whites, rosés, sparkling, or fortified wines. Before you've typed anything it presents a curated selection, so the page rewards idle browsing as well as directed search.
Results carry their context with them: regions show their country and hierarchy, styles show wine-type markers — enough to tell two similarly named wines apart before you commit to a page.
Reading What You Find
A search result leads to the wine's page — its attributes, its style profile, and the tasting notes members have shared on it. See Wine Pages.
When the Wine Isn't There
The shared library grows by members adding what they taste. If your bottle isn't in Curate yet, defining it takes a few fields — from the wines page directly, or right inside the note you're building. See Adding a New Wine.
